Register Today for Student Immunizations

Get student immunizations on your family’s schedule.

Early Childhood and Kindergarten Immunizations
By appointment only, the Jackson County Health Department clinic, 313 S Liberty St. Independence, Mo., will be open until Aug. 21, Tuesday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m for early childhood and kindergarten immunizations.

Eighth and 12th Grade Immunizations
Register today for Jackson County Health Department’s back-to-school vaccination clinic Aug. 4-7 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Lee’s Summit High School for LSR7 students who are entering eighth or 12th grade. Appointments are required, and there will be no other dates or locations for back-to-school immunizations. These clinics will be students’ only opportunity to get their required back-to-school immunizations. You can register for other districts’ clinics.

For July 9 and 10, the Raytown Clinic registration is open to 8th and 12th graders until 5:50 p.m. (the clinic is closed for lunch from 12-1 p.m.). Individuals should register on the website before coming in, but walks-ins are allowed. This clinic is located at the Raytown Wellness Center, 10301 E State Rte 350, Raytown, Mo.
